How Fear Can Ruin Your Birth
Fear of the unknown is common. Many children are scared of their first day of school, adults are apprehensive of their first day on the job and many expectant parents worry about the upcoming event and raising a child. These feeling are all normal but the fear of birthing affects you in more ways than just giving you butterflies in your stomach.

Is it safe to deliver your baby with a midwife?
The purpose of the following article is not to convince you to hire a midwife, rather to help you think about your choices if you are considering hiring a midwife to help you with the delivery of your baby. Please consider all alternatives and take my words as an opinion.
As a pregnant mom or someone that would like to get pregnant, you probably have questions on what the best method is to deliver your baby. What route should you take…hospital or midwife? The traditional way of delivery has been the hospital for many years and there is no doubt that it appears to be the safest and more sterile. Is it though? (more…)

What To Avoid When You Are Pregnant
You know, the mind is an incredible tool. I say tool because it is just like a computer, as you probably already know. Some computers work better than others, but this is due, many times to the programming that it has.
Sure there may be some psychological involvement playing a role in how we act but in many cases, our programming from the past (meaning whatever we have been taught, what we have learned on our own and what we have accepted for ourselves) plays a major role in how we act on an everyday basis.
